Two farmers, a service provider, many stories and a trifecta of decision-making in managing through last year’s droughty grazing season.  You’ll learn how valuable forward grazing planning is, identifying the signs of trouble, mitigating the effects with grazing strategies, when to seek counsel, when to take evasive action, finding balance in the triple bottom line and how to proceed when things return to “normal”.  Farmers Brian Maloney and Troy Bishopp, and grazing service provider Cheryl Cesario combine their experience, tools and share strategies for resilient management even when it isn’t often very pretty.
